Included with all paid services over $100 is our white glove service “Tech Tune-Up” which includes tuning up your electronics and IT equipment, cleaning the dust and debree, as well as making sure the wires behind look organized and perfect. Tech Tune-Up can also be purchased by itself.
Your first simple consultant is free by phone, email, or video chat. We can then decide what your needs are so you only get what you need!

Express/Phone Consultation

The tech packages offer you an option to purchase our services in bulk. This allows you to use us for multiple calls/chats/visits, and you don’t have to worry about paying the standard hourly rate.
Phone/Text/Video chat device support
We offer phone, text and video chat support for any issue you may have with your IT or television device.
We will base the rate on the above amounts. If you purchase the 15 minute tech support, you have an extra $30 to upgrade to a 30 minute session at that time.
In Person device support
We offer in person device support for all your electronic devices (such as phones, streaming devices, etc). These packages help minimize the cost and allow you to get our service multiple times
Rate is based on the above. However, if a 30 minute visit goes long, you will have an extra $25 to upgrade to an hour visit at that time.
Roku/Amazon Fire TV installation
If you are looking to set up your TV with the latest apps by getting a Roku or Fire TV, we can help you out. We will even purchase the HD base model of each of these devices for you, so you don’t need to do it yourself. Includes the following: Setup of device with your HDMI-enabled television, installation of apps, and short teaching session.
